Wash your face 2 times a day and always double cleanse.
Exfoliate daily with a serum or gentle exfoliant.
Moisturize daily to ensure skin is hydrated topically.
Wear SPF 365 days a year. Do not skip a day.
Hydrate your skin from the inside out with 80 ounces of water daily.
