If you are having trouble getting the time you want. Please call the studio and let our Front Desk Hostess help you.

New Clients
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time to fill out our client card questionnaire.

Returning Clients

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time to allow time for check-in.

If you arrive late, we’ll simply reduce your treatment time accordingly to avoid cutting the next client’s appointment short. However, if you are more than 15 minutes we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

At the Brow and Skin Studio with Apothecary, we have reserved your appointment especially for you. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with regard to cancellation. If you have scheduled an appointment time and find that you must cancel, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If appointments are not cancelled within the designated time, we will have to charge you 50 % of the appointment.

We love your children just as much as you but we ask that they only come to our studio when they have an appointment.
