We will be happy to accept returns on any unused and unopened items. Within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a Credit for future purchases at The Brow and Skin Studio with Apothecary. To maintain the purity of our products we cannot under any circumstances accept returns on opened or used merchandise. We pride our company on the research and trial of all brands sold through our studio and thebrowandskinstudio.com. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.

All sales are final on color cosmetics (make-up), seasonal items and sale items.

When you buy a series of treatments you save:
Series of 6 treatments 10% off
Series of 10 treatments $12% off
(Not to be combined with any other promotions.) Must be used within 6 months

Gift Certificates Available
Gift Certificates may be used toward treatments and products. They are no-refundable and non-transferable (if lost or stolen they are treated like cash).

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations
Services are personally reserved especially for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without this notification you will be billed, 50% off the service. Credit Cards are needed to reserve all skin treatments and Saturaday appointments,
